How does TagTap work?
Once you receive your TagTap harness, just scan the QR code we provided to open a ready-made template. Fill in your pet’s details, save the profile, and tap your phone using the free NFC Tools app to link it. That’s it. Anyone who taps the harness can now view your pet’s profile instantly. No complicated setup, no extra apps, just tap, edit, and you're done!
Is the harness adjustable?
Yes! The TagTap harness features adjustable straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for pets of different sizes. Just slide the buckles to get the perfect fit for your furry friend.
Do I need to charge anything or install batteries?
Nope! TagTap uses NFC (near-field communication), which doesn’t require any battery or charging.
Is it waterproof?
TagTap harnesses are not fully waterproof but is water-resistant! Perfect for everyday use! We recommend that you clean the harnesses with a brush and of course, don’t forget to clean gently!
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
At TagTap, we want every pet to enjoy a secure and comfortable fit. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
SIZE EXCHANGE
If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a one-time size exchange.
- If the new size is more expensive, you will be asked to pay the price difference.
- If the new size is less expensive, no refund will be issued for the difference.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- You must provide video proof taken upon unboxing to be eligible for a replacement.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item.
- No refunds will be issued for damaged or defective items.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged due to misuse or pet behavior
- Customized or personalized harnesses
